Administrative Assistant

Location:

Type of Job: 

Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)


Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports to CEO(s) from two different organizations. The Project Assistant MUST have experience in administrative/office duties. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the efficient coordination of task or service offerings; the facilitation of communication with the United Natives team and contributors, serve as a liaison between supervisors and contributors, and updating project timetables, schedules and progress reports.

Behavioral Health Technician

Location: 

(Mesa Area)


Type of Job: 

Full-Time (40+ hours/week)


Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports to CEO(s) from two different organizations. Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) are mental health and treatment employees who provide hands-on care and support to individuals with varying degrees of illness. BHTs perform front-line functions in a treatment facility setting as they observe, care, and interact with patients. BHT's co-facilitate educational, recreational and therapeutic activities to promote well-being and empower individuals. BHTs case manage an assigned caseload that requires them to meet with client and co-facilitate group. BHT's write notes regarding client's by utilizing TheraNet system. 


Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Input Group notes/Individual Progress notes into TheraNet system within 24 hours of initial client content or event
  • Ability to manage assigned caseload
  • Documenting incident reports and debriefing staff
  • Therapeutic weekly summary of group session client attended throughout the week and one-on-one session. Including client's daily schedules and appointments
  • Ability to conduct intake and assessment for new clients entering the program
  • Development Treatment plan for client. Assist client in goal setting
  • Co-facilitating group sessions such as: Parenting, Anger Management, Spiritual Wellness, Domestic Violence and Life Skills, ect.

Clinical Manager

Reports to CEO of organization. Clinic Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our in-patient facility. They provide administrative support and oversee the training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans.

Grant Coordinator

Location:

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports to CEO of organization. A Grants Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the organization's efforts to obtain grant funding by the identification and development of viable proposals for external funding of programs which address educational priorities and goals; assesses program needs; provides technical assistance to administrators and staff regarding potential funding sources, strategies and preparation of proposals and budgets; establishes networks with representatives from other organizations and funding sources; facilitates and coordinates the organization's grants review process; does related work as required. 


Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

  1. Coordinates the planning and preparation of grant proposals for organization
  2. Aids in the budgeting and preparation of grant proposals; researches requirements and compiles and prepares comprehensive budget justifications
  3. Prepares and compiles all components of each grant submission
  4. Advises and/or assists as appropriate in the design, formatting and preparation of grant documentation
  5. Develops and maintains specialized databases and systems for recording and tracking grant proposals, awards, and related statistical information; creates and distributes standard and special reports, studies, summaries, and analyses, as required.

Grant Writer

Location:

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports to CEO of organization and Grant Coordinator. Grant Writer will work closely with the Grant Coordinator in efforts to obtain grant funding by the identification and development of viable proposals for external funding of programs which address educational priorities and goals and is directly responsible for grant writing.

Billing Operator

Chef

Driver

Reports to site manager of organization. A Driver is responsible for transporting packages and clients to and from the residential site to various locations. Their duties include loading any packages into their vehicle, using a navigation system to map their route and delivering to the correct addresses in a timely manner.

Housekeeper

Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)


Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports to supervisor. Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the environment they are assigned to and requires physical stamina, as all of the work is done standing or walking. Should also have the strength to lift, push and pull equipment and supplies throughout the day as well. This position will work in a small team in order to keep rooms in top condition.


Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Work as a team with other maid staff, coordinating housework to get the best possible job done as quickly as possible and communicate any work environment issues to supervisory staff
  • Dust all furniture, wall hangings and window blinds, periodically vacuuming drapes
  • Deep clean the kitchen and all bathrooms and empty all wastebaskets and take refuse to the trash disposal for a healthy home environment
  • Vacuum all carpets and rugs and occasionally shampoo them at the direction of the client
  • Sweep and wash floors with a mop or powered scrubbing tool and wax if necessary to make them sparkle
  • Change bed linens and towels, wash and dry them, and make beds to create cozy bedrooms
